With much of the UK high street due to go back into lockdown due to the Coronavirus I believe our role serving online customers is a critical one, and I want to make sure my customers can continue to get the items they need, even in these difficult times.
For the latest information and advice on COVID-19, please refer to the latest updates by the UK Government.
1. Can I place an order? Will my parcel be delivered?
Yes, I will continue to deliver your orders via Royal Mail and our partner couriers.
2. Are delivery times affected?
I am working to ensure I can continue to deliver to all my customers. The national lockdown is putting pressure on the postal service and whilst I endeavour to despatch orders within 2-3 working days, there are delays of up to 2 weeks in the postal network - I appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time for us all.
3. Is it safe to receive orders?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government and the World Health Organization.
4. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
Aromatherapy has many benefits, but it is imperative that safety precautions are taken when handling essential oils. While they may seem harmless (they are extracted from plants, after all), many need to be diluted before applying directly to the skin.

• Use only the suggested amount; misuse can lead to headaches and/or nausea. If you suspect you've used too much, drink plenty of water and get some air
• Essential oils should be diluted before being applied to the body. Because they are so concentrated, it is not advisable to rub essential oils directly onto the skin. This can cause redness, burning, itching and irritation. If the oil comes into contact with your skin, coat the area in a cream or vegetable oil and then wash with warm, soapy water
• Never consume essential oils
• Read the warnings on essential oil packaging; some oils shouldn't be combined with other medication or alcohol, or taken if you have certain medical conditions (like epilepsy or low blood pressure)
Essential oils have wonderful medicinal benefits, but if used improperly the effects can be hazardous to your health
